For what email signature elements can I see the clicks analytics?
Our analytics feature displays data on link clicks. This means you can track the performance of various elements, such as links within your text, links for images, social media icons, logos, photos, banners, or buttons.
What periods of reports?
We provide daily and monthly reports. The calendar immediately displays information about the first signature on the list for the last 28 days. Then, when you select another date in the calendar, you show the data according to the selected date.
Are email analytics and email tracker the same products?
No, the email tracker by MySignature is a stand-alone product. To use it, you need to install a special Google Chrome extension for Gmail. Email analytics don't need to install any additional apps to work.

Can I see the email analytics of the shared email signature?
If you share your email signature with others (whom we refer to as members), you can view the email analytics for those shared signatures. Since the member can currently have only one signature, we show only one signature and all signature links in the list. We do not reveal filters by signatures and clicks. We offer link analytics in the same way as for the admin.
