I use it to obtain consistent branding across my team. I use several versions of signatures, e.g. to promote my newsletter. For clients, I like to add a banner when they are present at congresses or trade fairs. I also provide extra languages (multiple signatures) if needed for clients. As an agency, MySignature's hub is very convenient for managing multiple clients. It is also a way to give a client a bonus (e.g., a free signature).

MySignature has proven to be a professional partner for email signatures. The platform is robust, support is helpful, setup of new signatures is very userfriendly. Also dark mode is not forgotten (an issue some providers tend to forget) via the available preview.

I've been very satisfied with Mysignature. Prior to learning about it, my email signature consisted of the company logo and my name in my gmail signature area. It was clunky and always felt unprofessional but I couldn't get a layout where I had my photo and information that was formatted how I wanted. Then I used a free email signature, and while it was better than just doing it in gmail, it wasn't better by much. None of the layouts/templates really worked for how I wanted it to look aesthetically. Then I found Mysignature, and I found a template layout that I loved with colors that fit me but can also be customized to fit me AND the brand. I love that it has a link to book time on my calendar that looks nice and isn't a literal link in my signature.

Used a free signature but it didn't have many features and everyone's signature is different.

The most positive change I noticed was that people are able to EASILY access my booking calendar and are using that to schedule time with me versus just calling me at random times (when I'm usually not available). It's helped streamline my time in that way.
