Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://mysignature.io/ website (the "Service") operated by MYSIGNATURE ("us", "we", or "our").

Access to and use of the service is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms then you can not access the service.


When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete and current information at all times. Failure to comply will constitute a breach of the terms, which may result in the immediate cancellation of your account at our service.

You are responsible for keeping the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately after becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a user name, the name of another person or entity, or that is not legally available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Intellectual property

The service and its original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of MYSIGNATURE and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright. Our brands and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MYSIGNATURE.

Our service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MYSIGNATURE.

MYSIGNATURE has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that MYSIGNATURE shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on such content, products or services available on or through of such web sites or services.

We recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.


We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately without notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

All provisions of the terms that by their nature shall survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to tenure provisions, warranty waivers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice or liability for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the terms or if we suspect that:

  • You have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Service;
  • You used the Service in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act;
  • Your use of the Service is considered to be excessive (ie your use of bandwidth, data storage, or number of times the Service is required to display content.)

MySignature Premium

By signing up for MySignature Premium, and receiving extra features, you authorize us to charge your credit card. The monthly, quarterly and yearly, annual and other periodic or renewal fees will be charged at the current rate, plus applicable tax.

All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD).

Rates may vary based on exchange rates. Customers may also be charged additional credit card fees for converting currency from non-USD currencies to USD.

The application fee will be charged at the beginning of the application period. Your MySignature Premium subscription will remain in effect unless, and until, you cancel your subscription or your subscription is otherwise terminated or suspended.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Account Cancellation

You may at any time, delete your account in its entirety, and everything related to it on its own, directly by the application, without need of any kind of communication with MySignature, without fee or penalty.

If financial transactions take place, such as the hiring of MySignature Premium, your transactions and information will always be in our records, because of security, you can not delete them completely.

You can unsubscribe from MySignature Premium at any time. All created email signatures will be inactive after the expiration of the plan you choose. It is possible to cancel the subscription without third party, and you will not be charged for renewal.

If you choose to cancel and receive reimbursement under the current plan, your signatures will cease immediately.

Refund Policy

MySignature has a free service which is considered a trial version and it is not limited in time. User upgrades the account if he/she needs additional premium features or more than 1 signature. By upgrading the account user agrees to Terms of use.

You may cancel your Subscription and get a full refund only in exceptional cases, if within 7 (seven) calendar days after the first payment for your first Subscription you have found technical issues in our Services, which do not allow you to use our Services as described in these Terms. You can submit a refund request by filling our standard contact form.

After the end of the withdrawal period, you will not be able to receive a refund even if you decide not to use our Services anymore.

We are not generally obliged to make a refund when:

  • your request is based on your mistake; or
  • you lack the expertise to use our Services; or
  • you have changed your mind regarding the use of the Services, or
  • you have breached these Terms, or
  • you have requested for a refund for recurring payment.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MYSIGNATURE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, INCIDENTAL, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of third parties in the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of its transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, unlawful act (including negligence) or any other legal theory,

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided on a "As is" and "As available" basis. The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, IMPLIED, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

MYSIGNATURE its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors do not guarantee that a) the service will run uninterrupted, secure or available at any specific time or place; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of the use of the service will meet your requirements.

Legislation applicable

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our inability to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to our service and supersede and supersede any prior agreements we may have between us regarding the service.


We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a review is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms to take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
